I purchased a used car, sales person was untrustworthy at best. After i purchased the car, it was driven by a salesman and the window was left down and it had rained that evening.

My back seat was soaking wet and the detailing promised to be done on the car was not done. They take your money, you sign on the papers and they are done with you.

Steve Taylor sends out a generic letter later asking if you were satisfied with your experience, however, when you ask to speak to him or reply to his letter, he hides! Coward.

I went in a year ago to buy a new car with a monthly payment of 199 a month.they said my credit wasnt good enough, they referred me to their used car dealership.two days and a $445.00 payment later I drove out of there with the Jeep that I had nothing but trouble with from the day I bought it the dealer call me a liar said I didn't know what I was t the roof leaked from a man very moment I got ithat he said he fixed which she did not fix .the sun roof leaked from a very moment I got.I calledSteve Taylor himself to talk to him about my concerns needless to say he has returned my phone call.if I had to do it all over again I would have been went back to a Ford dealership they have always been good to me and have always done me right.Steve Taylor should be ashamed of himself and should be put out of business

VERY poor customer service and nothing but liars. I have opened a complaint with the BBB to get issues resolved.

Taylor Kia is nothing but a joke. They *** over, the sales department is crooked, and hey they get promoted!

The salesmen that was promoted... well when he was a sales man he lied to me. Knowing the truth, knowing I couldn't trade the car in, charged me thousands over the worth of the car. Other workers knew, said it was wrong and did nothing.

So I went to the BBB, they contacted Taylor Kia, and Taylor Kia didn't care... they didn't even respond. They don't care to make things right...

it's a crooked greedy company. Next time I purchase a car, it will be from a company who cares enough about their clients and their business that they will want to do the right thing to keep them coming back.

It has taken me almost 14 months to come forward to talk about the complaint's I have against Taylor Kia of Findlay. I am extremely disappointed, heart-broken, ashamed and humiliated. I bought a 2006 Kia Optima from Taylor Kia Findlay in February 2011. I should have known when I pulled away from the dealership to put gas in the car and I had no brake lights that I should have just returned the vehicle and got my money back. This Optima is the WORST car I have ever driven by far. I have had to put nearly $2000 in repairs in it since I have had it. But I guess I should begin at the beginning. The salesman I had was Thomas May. Good thinking, Taylor Kia, but up a guy with boy next door looks to do your selling for you. He talked me into the car. My first mistake. He told me the car got 31 miles to the gallon gas usage. First lie. It actually only gets 21. Not much more than my 1994 Ford Explorer. Later, the week I bought the car, he promised me fixes on the bit of body damages present (some knicks, scratches and one good gouge), a check of the brakes, and a once over of the fuel system. "I will call you with an appointment time for the mechanics." he says. Never did. By day 20 of the car, and Mr. May avoiding my calls, I called him again telling him I wanted to give the car back, I was not happy with it, and I wanted a refund. No response, I called again at day 22, no response. I called and left a message for the manager, no response. Needless to say, I hate this car and I am stuck with it for the next three years or so. I can't afford to buy another car. I am a single mother of three, a full time grad student, work full time and make only enough to get us what we need. At this moment, the car is in with my mechanic because it is not working and has to have the computer replaced. It has a problem with the fuel system also. My mechanic called Taylor Kia's mechanics to ask about what might be wrong with it and was given the advice of "bring it in and for $80 we can give you an idea of what could be wrong." No professional courtesy what-so-ever. And through all of this I get the feeling that this email will be in vain, my voice will go unheard or I will get some call or computer generated email stating "Thank you for your feedback. We have forwarded your concerns on to blah blah blah", and I will never hear from you all again like the first time I emailed you three years ago about the rude and obnoxious salesman at your Toledo lot who humiliated me in front of my mother and children. I gave Findlay a shot because they are closer to home and they were a new dealership. I am so ashamed for having bought this car. I am humiliated that I allowed that salesman to rip me off like he did because I have bad credit and am in need of a good, reliable car for work. I am so terribly upset that I have to pay my mechanic nearly $2000 in repairs that should have been fixed by Kia BEFORE I bought the car. I want a new car. I want a different car. I want a whole lot, but I know I won't get it. I am pretty sure I am just venting for no reason, but I had to try. If you were any kind of good people you would at least listen to my concerns. I will never go back to Taylor Kia, I will not recommend them to anyone in my family or any of my friends. And I probably will copy and paste this email into an email of one of the news stations just so everyone else knows how Taylor Kia treats its customers with less than perfect credit. I am not an *** and I don't appreciate being treated like one by a business who only sees me as a short profit.

I got the Kia back from my mechanic later along with a bill for almost $2000. That is over a third what the actual car is worth. It still only gets 21 miles to the gallon and my mechanic says he doesn't really know what is wrong with it. I have the repair bill, and an itemized list of what he has done to it in the past month. Now I have to have the computer he put into it calebrated to Kia's computer.

I spoke to Jeff Schetter and supposedly Shane the General Manager on the phone three days ago. I was told to come in, fill out another credit app, and they would get me into a new car. I am behind on my payments by two months on the current piece of Kia due to illness and have been working it out with my finance company. I recieved a condescending call from Mr. Schetter stating that when I clear up my past payments he "might" be able to help me. We'll see.

I took the bill into Kia today along with a question about getting the computer calibrated. The other manager (not Shane) treated me like I'm an ***, that I don't know what is going on and if I hand him $75-90, I can have it calibrated. I am done with that place. They have made me feel like a complete and total waste of life and that since I signed the papers for that car, I'm worthless to them now. I don't have the money to put down on a new car even if they offered one to me. I am ashamed and humiliated for even going there, and feel completely disappointed that I went back to try to get it straightened out.

Purchased a car two weeks ago at Taylor Kia Cory in the used car dept. is very arrogant and doesn't care about his customers once you have signed and have the car your nobody. When we drove the car it had vibration in the rear they looked at it said it was fine they also said the tires were new.The tires were not new so we had new tires put on.It was then brought to my husbands attention all four rims were bent causing all the vibration so now my car shakes really bad to the point I don't feel safe.Cory's solution who by the way is the manager of the used car dept.agrees to taking another car that is the same swap out the rims so the next sucker that comes along gets the same problem. But at first wanted us to pay for all eight tires to be changed out that is a lot of money we don't have.

I four kids and two kids that receive OT and speech and I depend on my vehicle so to Kia and MR.Steve Taylor this is how you treat your customers or let your employees treat customers?Oh and by the way I know You all had no intentions on correcting this what were the words you used..."we are taking a loss on this". That real good costumer service.

I picked up the 06 RAV4 that I purchased 13 days ago! (3/9/18) at the Taylor VW lot.

When I test drove the vehicle it had 4-7 dash lights and I mentioned a clunking type feel when turning the wheel. It was stated ALL the issues would be taken care of and I would have a problem free car when it was ready!I picked it up tonight at 5:30pm, after driving it for 20 mins the same dash lightsare back on and the clunking feeling when turning is still there!!!
